The G series metering pump, also known as the MACROY pump, is now NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 certified for municipal compliance and safety assurance. Capable of handling pressures up to 175 psi (12 bar) and flow rates up to 310 gph (1181 l/h) it is an ideal pump for water treatment applications. Combining heavy-duty industrial drive technology with state-of-the art design and manufacturing processes, this mechanically-actuated diaphragm pump eliminates flow restrictions, reduces the possibility of hydraulic oil contamination of process liquid, and ensures smooth output.
Simplicity of design. The pump has few moving parts and is compact and lightweight.
Greater flexibility. G series pumps feature a variable eccentric drive with stroke adjustment. It is available in three frame sizes and can accommodate a wide selection of liquid ends.
Rugged performance. Corrosion-resistant plastic or aluminum housing is designed to withstand tough environments while its high-efficiency motors minimize heat buildup.
Long-term cost benefits. This reliable pumps requires minimal maintenance, reducing overall pump lifecycle costs.
Now NSF / ANSI 61 and 372 certified for municipal compliance and safety assurance
Performance by the numbers:
- Pressures up to 175 psi (12 bar)
- High flow rates up to 310 gph (1181 l/h.)
- Steady-state accuracy – ± 1% of full capacity over the standard 10:1 turndown ratio
- Now NSF / ANSI 61 and 372 certified for municipal compliance and safety assurance
Ideal for lower pressure processes
Now with NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 certification for municipal compliance and safety assurance. The G-Series or MACROY metering pumps are perfect for chemical dosing in water and waste treatment facilities, industrial process, agriculture, and many more applications. These pumps reliably inject chemicals such as ferric chloride, aluminum sulfate, polymers, alkalis, sodium hydroxide, acids, anti-scaling and anti-foaming agents and many more for coagulation/flocculation, slurry treatment, pH control and adjustment, and desalination.
